1 cube chicken bouillon
1/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
Salt
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup milk or buttermilk
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons dried mint leaves
