Green Shell Salad
1 (12 ounce) package small shell pasta
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
1/2 cup minced fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
3 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Ingredients

1 (12 ounce) package small shell pasta
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt

1/2 cup minced fresh basil
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
3 green onions, sliced
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, peeled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a serving bowl; set aside. In a blender or food processor, combine the next 10 ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour over pasta and toss to coat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
