How To Make Mixed Berries Energy Shake
1 frozen peeled banana, sliced
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, pureed and strained
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 packets Stevia Extract In The Raw(r)
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ, divided (optional)

Ingredients

1 frozen peeled banana, sliced
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blackberries, pureed and strained
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
2 packets Stevia Extract In The Raw(r)
1/2 cup light vanilla soymilk
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons toasted wheat germ, divided (optional)

Directions

Combine all ingredients except wheat germ in blender and process until well blended. Pour and serve.
