How To Make Pear-a-dise Muffins
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup honey
1 egg, beaten
1 cup canned pears, sliced

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Butter 15 muffin cups, or line with paper liner cups.

Mix together flours, soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir pears lightly into dry ingredients.

In a large bowl, combine yogurt, oil, honey, and egg. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Spoon into muffin cups.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until done.
