How To Make Totally Vegged-Out Burgers
1 Morningstar Farms?(r) Grillers?(r) Original
1/4 small zucchini
2 tablespoons cucumber
1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning salt
1 whole-wheat hamburger bun
1 slice tomato
2 teaspoons red onion

1/4 small zucchini
2 tablespoons cucumber
1 tablespoon low-fat plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill
1/4 teaspoon dillweed
1/8 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning salt
1 whole-wheat hamburger bun
1 slice tomato
2 teaspoons red onion

Directions

Cook veggie burger according to package directions.

Meanwhile, use vegetable peeler to cut zucchini lengthwise into very thin strips. Set aside. In small bowl stir together cucumber, yogurt, dill and seasoning salt. Serve burger in bun with tomato, zucchini, yogurt mixture and red onion.
