Ingredients
5 kiwis
1 banana
2 tangelos
1 cup mixed fresh berries
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 1/4 cups soy milk
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 sprig fresh mint leaves
Directions
In a blender or food processor, blend the kiwis, banana, tangelos, berries, yogurt, and soy milk. Gradually blend in the sugar to taste. Serve in tall glasses with fresh mint.
